Our store issued Gift Cards are currently exclusive to our stores, and are unable to be used online. Similarly, our E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases.

2) Where do you ship?

We ship all of our products worldwide.

3) I don’t know how to pick the size for myself?

5)What is your return Policy?

Size issue: CutiePlusU offer free exchange for first time customer. Customer send back the items to our return address,Customer is responsible to the return shopping cost. CutiePlusU send out the exchange one free of charge.

Quality issue: If you receive a damaged item, please provide us a couple of pictures for reference. Please send the pictures to service@CutiePlusU.com We reply emails daily there.
We will arrange an replacement to you once we confirm it is quality problem.
If you could fix it by yourself, then we will issue a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!

6) APO & PO BOX Address

If your address is APO or PO BOX, we can only ship via regular shipping.
So, if your order amount over $80 USD, you want to enjoy free express shipping service. Please provide us a shipping address without APO/PO BOX. Then, Our system will change the shipping way to free express shipping automatically.

7) How do I know my package is shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center,you will receive another email with shipping information. Please check your spam box if you do not see it.

8) Do you ship internationally?

CutiePlusU is proud to service our products from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD.

It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country.However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.

CutiePlusU is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

9) When will I receive my order?

The shipping time vary with the shipping methods and the locations. Below is a list of typical delivery estimation. If you don’t find your location below, please provide detailed shipping address for a delivery estimation.(We are still trying to find a better carrier for Canada). Note: It takes 1-2 business day to process and ship orders. Once the orders are shipped, shipping time start ticking.

For Painting products. It will take 7 days to painted and dry. Usually, we could ship out the products within 10 days after receive your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once we ship it out.

We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.

12) Do you ship to Russia & Brazil?

Russia:
Usually order amount over $80 USD, customer could enjoy our free express shipping service. But Russia customer need to use a company shipping address, and Company name.
If Russia customer do not have company shipping address, we will arrange regular shipping finally.

Brazil:
If Brazil customer want to enjoy free express shipping service, please remember to write down your Tax number on note when place the order. Without tax number, package only can be shipped out by regular shipping.

1)How do I know my order was successful? What is next after I place an order?

You shall expect to receive an order confirmation email right after the order is placed. The email contains your order number, order item description(s), item quantity(s),

2)How do I track my order?

A few days after your order, you shall expect a shipping confirmation email from us. The email contains shipping information and tracking instructions.

3)Is my order over $100 USD, Why do I still need to pay extra shipping cost?

Free express shipping for order over $100 USD is only for some countries.
CutiePlusU fail the regular shipping to your country and only can ship by express company, so there is an extra shipping cost for remote/faraway countries.

4)My USPS.COM tracking shows Shipping Label Created, USPS waiting item, what does that mean?

That means your package has left our oversea warehouse and is in transit to United States. Here is how the shipping works. CutiePlusU carrier ship the package and send information to USPS for US domestic shipping.
USPS wait for the package to arrive US and then take over. After that, USPS will update US domestic shipping progress on their website. In your case, the package has left our oversea warehouse and is in transition to US.
That’s why USPS awaiting item. Updates shall come in a couple days.

5)My order was confirmed, but I just got an email that my order is completed, what does this mean?

Order “completed” means CutiePlusU received your order and your order are ready to be shipped.

6)How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.

7)Oops! I was so excited to place my order and I forgot to use my code.

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

1)How do I appropriately wash and dry these clothing to make sure they last a long time?

We recommend the following washing instructions to take good care of the products.
1. Recommend cool water hand wash with mild detergent. At the minimum, warm water wash with washer.
2. Recommend hang-to-dry. At the minimum, cool air dry with dryer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when package be shipped out. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking websites .Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit the express company websites to enter the tracking number. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door.

4)I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Please send us a couple of pictures to service@CutiePlusU.com for our reference. CutiePlusU will send you an replacement once we confirm that is our quality issue.If you could fix it by yourself, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired.

5)Can I exchange an item?

If it is size issue, then yes! CutiePlusU offer free exchange for first time customer. Customer send back the items to our shipping address,Customer is responsible to the return shopping cost.
